COMMISSIONS

IMPORTANTCharacter reference needed (not necessary for real people drawings).
I usually post finished commissions on my social medias, if you dont want it to be posted or want me to add a water mark please let me know it at the beggining.
TAT is variable. It goes from 4 days to 1 month (or even more) after the sketch is approved. Time depends of previous commissions on the commissions queue and type of commission, but you can ask how much time could it take to be done and how is the process going, just don’t rush me once a date has been said please.
Changes during sketch process only! After 3 changes, each change will have and extra cost.
Payment upfront. Payment plans are negociables depending on the amount (the finished drawing won't be sent until completed the payment) There are no refounds; only in case of any life question problem from my side to start or finish your commission (I would be offering it if this case happens).All the prices here applies for anthro furries, humans and semihumans; prices are for personal use only
(+100% extra of the total price for comercial use: streamming channels, merch, etc).Original prices includes:

Prices bellow consider having a previous reference / visual design to work with.
Creating the character design would represent +80EUR (if the design idea is complex would increase).

These rules are applied to all my character designs (customs & adoptables). Please be careful and read them.
Purchasing or owning a design of mine means you are accepting this rules.• If you trade/sell it please contact me to keep track of new owner (If you own a Toyhouse account you can just add me as the creator <freyjagc> and skip this step) but be sure to let know the rules of the design to the new owner.
• Character can be gifted or being resell for the same or lower price (If you wish to add commissions/extra art to the total price you must indicate the price of each piece apart of the design adoptable price.)
•Credit isn't mandatory but please do so at least the first time you showcase the design. Of course this is meant if you post the reference image made by me, not commissions from other artists.
• If you purchase any license (except of commercial use) and change your mind in future contact me to get/purchase the necessary license for the new use of the design.
• If the design is being used for purposes other than those permitted by the acquired license (for example if you acquired personal use license and you are trying to get incomes using the design) you will be automatically stripped of ownership and it will become of my property again without refund.
• In case of redesign/redo of the reference by other artist please add credits of me being the (first) design creator.
• No refunds are allowed once you purchase a design.
